If you make a charter reservation or use our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you not agree with any section of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.
2. Service Overview
At SharedResourceCenter, we offer an array of high-end yacht charter services which include, among others:

We provide our services based on their current availability and prevailing weather conditions. We hold the right to alter or discontinue any service without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For reservation of a charter, the following requirements must be met:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Submission of accurate and comprehensive details
- Deposit payment as outlined in the booking confirmation
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation takes place only after the payment is received and we provide confirmation in writing. We maintain the authority to decline service at our own discretion.
3.3 Availability
Booking a charter is contingent upon the vessel being available and favorable weather conditions. Efforts will be made to accommodate your scheduling preferences.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All listed prices are presented in £ and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless it is specified differently. The prices are subject to modification at any moment without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Initial deposit: A commitment payment of 50% of the entire cost of the charter is required at the time of reservation.
- Remaining balance: To be paid no later than 48 hours preceding the departure of the charter.
- Any additional fees (should they arise): Payable upon the conclusion of the charter service.
4.3 Payment Methods
Payments can be made utilizing the main credit cards, bank wire transfers, and recognized bank drafts. Our payment systems ensure security and confidentiality by employing encryption.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund except for processing charges
- Canceling between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% of the amount will be refunded
- Cancellation within 24 hours of departure time: No refund provided
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should unsafe weather conditions be determined by our captain, options offered include:
- Rescheduling the trip to another available time without any additional fees
- A full refund if it's not feasible to reschedule
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should the designated vessel face mechanical problems, efforts will be made to arrange an equivalent replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, customers will receive a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Every passenger is required to:
- Heed all instructions from the crew
- Use safety gear when it's mandatory
- Disclose any health conditions impacting their safety
- Stay within specified areas on the ship
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are forbidden on the vessel:
- Glass bottles
- Controlled substances
- Guns or any other weapons
- Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages (surpassing personal use)
- Animals (except if permission is given beforehand)
6.3 Conduct
Passenger behavior should be considerate at all times. Should the conduct of any passenger become a safety concern or interfere with the enjoyment of others, we hold the authority to end the trip prematurely without reimbursement.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
The extent of our liability is confined to the sum paid for your sailing trip. Our responsibilities do not extend to:
- Injuries to persons incurred due to their own carelessness
- Theft or destruction of personal belongings
- Secondary, incidental, or penal damages
- Service disruptions due to weather or events we cannot control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We have in place extensive marine insurance which encompasses our fleet and business operations. It is the passengers’ duty to arrange for their individual travel and property insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By electing to use our charter offerings, you confirm your understanding that maritime ventures carry native hazards and you willingly accept accountability for your security and health.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Our organization retains the authority to alter travel plans, pathways, or timetables as necessary due to elements like weather patterns, security concerns, or service exigencies. We will strive to offer alternatives of equivalent value whenever changes are made.
9. Force Majeure
Our responsibility does not extend to interruptions, deferments, or adjustments stemming from events outside our sphere of influence, which include, but are not restricted to:
- Extreme meteorological occurrences
- Catastrophic natural events
- Governmental decrees
- Termination of port operations
- Technical breakdowns
